Store Policies
Decibel Audio is currently open by appointment. We do also take walk-ins throughout the day if we are not in the middle of a scheduled demo. Feel free to knock. We are also here on weekdays from 12-7pm and will be happy to help customers shop by phone, or email as well. Email is preferred as a starting off point so that we can provide pictures, links, and have a conversation that we can both refer to.
Sell or Trade:

Appointments:
Scheduled appointments for demos can be made by phone or email to demo any particular items of interest. If unsure, demos can be scheduled once we have helped you narrow down your options.
Repairs:
We do not offer repair services for equipment that was not purchased at our store.
Warranties:
We offer a 6 month parts and labor warranty on used gear.For new products refer to manufactures warranty.
Exchange Privilege:
We offer a 6 month exchange privilege for new and used gear. If returned with everything originally included and in the condition that it was sold to you in, we give you exactly what you paid for in trade credit. Including tax.
